01 · INITIAL CARE
Psychiatric evaluation
An initial evaluation explores your current concerns, relevant history, physical and mental health, and what you hope will change. This conversation informs a collaborative plan. An evaluation does not promise a diagnosis, prescription, or specific outcome.
02 · ONGOING CARE
Medication management
Follow-up visits review your response to treatment, medication experience, and changing needs. Together, we consider what adjustments make sense. Supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated into psychiatric visits, but standalone psychotherapy is not offered.
Concerns we can discuss
The practice lists anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Leilani's broader experience also includes trauma, life transitions, concentration concerns, and recovery.
Scope of care
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are the main services. Controlled-substance prescribing is pending and is not currently promised.
Who is eligible
Adults age 18 and older who are physically located in Pennsylvania during each appointment.
